IBS mostly affects people under the age of 50, especially women. It is often triggered by stress, certain foods or hormonal changes.

There is no permanent history but IPS can be managed very well in the following ways. Like eating many nutritious foods, controlling stress, adopting gut-friendly habits, sometimes taking medicines as per doctor’s advice.
